Welcome to

We are a family-owned company built on faith, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others well. First and foremost, we are dedicated to serving our Savior, Jesus Christ, whose sinless life, sacrificial death, and resurrection offer forgiveness through repentance and eternal life to all who believe in Him (Romans 6:23; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4). Our faith shapes how we do business, how we treat people, and the standard of excellence we strive to uphold in every relationship.

Katie and I met in an accounting class at a local college. We fell in love over our mutual love for numbers and faith in Jesus Christ. Five years later, we now have three children and own a home in Rochester, New York. We have always loved working together and are blessed by the opportunity to do so while serving our community and Savior.

We started our company with the goal to come alongside medical practices as a trusted partner in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We understand that most providers did not go into medicine to chase claims, analyze aging reports, or untangle payer issues, they went into medicine to care for people. Our role is to faithfully support that mission by strengthening the financial health of the practice.

We specialize in helping practices gain clarity and confidence in their revenue. Through detailed reporting, proactive follow-up, and hands-on management of the billing process, we identify where revenue is leaking, improve cash flow, and help practices build sustainable systems that support long-term growth. We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we take the time to understand each practice, its goals, and its challenges so we can serve with intention and precision.
